07 Gmc Tpms

I have a 07 GMC Sierra SLE1 that i have added the DIC to. I have also changed the Radio with a aftermarket Alpine unit. I bought the proper adapter so I would not have problems with onstar. For a while everything was fine. Now my TPMS keeps losing the right front sensor, so I get a service TPMS light. I have been told by one dealer that me changing the radio could cause this. Does anyone have any idea how I can get this problem solved?

Thanks Bob

Aftermarket electronics (even having a cell phone in the vehicle) can cause RF interference, but it's not likely in this case. I really just think you have a bad sensor. But the dealer can use your aftermarket radio as a reason to blame your problem on. Best bet would be to swap the stock radio back in since it's really not that hard to do and take the truck back in to them with the TPMS light on.

I tried that and the left front sensor would never honk at me. I aired it up, let the air out, several times still no honk. It still reads the pressure just wont let me program. It has been to the dealer 3 or 4 times for this already, it is getting annoying. Changing the radio is not that easy, I installed a complete system

Any other ideas?

I know how annoying is when something not working... OK one more thing before you give up on it, can you install a one of your working tire on Left Front ?
