On Oct 16 the order was taken by GM.

 

On Oct the 24 the truck was built.

 

On Oct the 26 the truck was shipped.

 

On Nov 8 is the listed IT time for the dealership.

Wow,How in the world did they manage that!

I was impressed that my '07 only took 8 weeks from ordering to delivery.

All my past trucks took 4-5 months!!!!

Beats me too, I wasn't expecting it till like the 1st week of Dec.

 

But I have the dealer invoice in hand and it says

Shipped 10/26/07

EXP I/T 11/08/07

All I have to say is that SUXS!!!!

 

 

Ordered mine Sept 25th or so.... Build date was Oct 22nd. That's all good.

 

Have not heard if it is in transit or not so still waiting.

 

Congrats on the short build time but I kinda would like my truck.

 

Does it count if it was in the corner and they just changed the mirrors??

Hey i complain about my truck everyday, I complain to the Toyota guys, the Dodge guys, the Ford guys, hell i even complained to Nissan guys. . I hate driving a truck that is Big, Fast, and a panty getter.

Happened to me once, I went to order a Ford F-250 7.3 back when there was a 6 month list to get one. I put my order in and like 4 days later the dealer called me and said it's in. I was like ummm NO.

 

Someone else ordered one exactly like I wanted - same color - everything and got tired of waiting and bought one off the lot. Dealer said it was no big deal he could sell it the day it got in and he did.

 

This was a big time dealer with 10 trucks on the lot and 1 car lol.
