Questions About Edge Evolution - 1st Time

OK, I'm trying to get my Edge Evolution to work. I think I have it all updated, but it says, "missing file 12614279 update needed". Anyone know what the problem is?

 

I have the ignition turned on, but the engine isn't running. Is that the correct way to program it?

on your home computer - buried in the Edge folder - the missing ECM file should be visible - you will need to email EDGE your ECM file so that they may update their programming - takes about a week

Never mind, finally got through to the customer support. They told me that it automatically emails it when I plug my programmer into my computer.
