Need a little advice here from you guys. My new chrome wheels dull out after I wash them at a car wash. Not wiped down with anything. I know wiping them down is what I have to do now but is there a product out there to help keep them looking good? I saw something that was like a spray on wax or something but can't remember what it was.

Looking for some advice.

Thanks in advanced.

First make sure they are chrome and not polished. If they are polished wheels, the car wash soap can really dull the finish. You'll have to polish them to keep them shining. If they are chrome you can use a good quality wax to protect them. Either way, you'll always have to wipe them down after a wash to keep them looking good.

Thanks. They are GM accessory wheels so chrome, not polished. Guess I have to learn to wipe them down.

Might be a little bit of a pain but they look SOOOO good when you do!

If you wax chrome wheels they stay cleaner longer and dirt comes off better when you wash them.
