Best Programmer (tuner) Out There For Reasonable $$

I just bought a 2000 Suburban 2500 4x4 6.0 that already has an Airaid intake and TB spacer. It could always use a little more go, but I'm really just interested in better and firmer shifting, mpg, and being able to run on 87 octane. Of course a little more HP would be nice too but not as important to me. I've done a search and a lot of people seem to like wait4me. I've had a Hypertech on a previous vehicle and was pleased. I guess I'm looking at the best for towing and reasonable $$. So let's hear about what you have and your experience.

I would like to get a tuner for my 07-NBS thinking of wait4me as well, I know some guys here like wait4me more than their Truck

 

I want Best mpg and proformance.
