Radio Stays On

Trouble began this morning. Battery was dead in my van. Noticed that the time was displayed on my radio( stock Delco) even if the key was removed. Jumped van and went to work and pulled fuse for radio so the battery wouldn't drain will I worked. When I returned the van it started and I installed the fuse so I had radio for the ride home. When I got home I removed the key and the radio shut off until I attempted to put the key back in. As soon as I touched the ignition switch the radio came back on, no key in the ignition. I removed the radio and installed another I had around the house, just to rule out a radio problem. The new radio did the same thing as the old radio. Now I'm thinking I have a bad ignition switch. Any thoughts or suggestions?Help!
