Too all,

Who has recommendations for a Billet grill or overlay options. As of next month I'll be in the market for one. It will be for a GMC Sierra NBS.

All comments, cares and concerns welcome!

Mine is a CarriageWorks Aluminum Billet, black with polished front billets. I got mine on Ebay for about $120 shipped. It is the Overlay style.

I'll second the recommendation for Carriage Works. I've used several of their products and they were top notch.

I have the Carriage Works full replacement and couldn't be happier. It takes a bit of work but it's great. Check the link in my sig to see some pics of what all is involved in the swap.

Have you considered the 4-bar chrome grill for the Sierra All-Terrain? That is a nice grill too. If I ever get tired of my CW Billet grill, I will get me one of those.

I went with the T-REX reason being is that it has more billet bars than the carriage works. I have a carriage works in my other truck and I believe the T-REX is superior quality. this is a grille replacement with a bolt on bumper piece2743560_11_full.jpg

Never seen a T-Rex, so I cannot say which one is higher quality. However, more is not always better. Being that these are Aluminum, they do need polishing and waxing occasionally. Have you ever done this yet? If you have, have you noticed how fricken hard it is to clean the wax/polish out from in between the billet bars? The tighter they are together, the harder it is. I did mine and it's a PITA, I would not want them any tighter personally.
