something AT......i have the briggestone duelers and they suck! been replaced once because they wore off in 6000 miles...only tire manufactures that make in that size are bfg's last time i checked

I'll be ready for new tires next fall. Are there many options in LT265/70R17 with a load range C rating? I don't want the extra weight with LR-E tires which I know are popular.

What? You wore out a Bridgestone tire in 6k miles? I have 7 k on my truck with OEM Bridgestone Duellers and except for slight edge feathering due to alignment issues in the front, you cannot tell there is any wear on the tread. Do you do regular burnouts with your truck?

negative ....i mostly putt back and forth to work.......these tires were junk!!!! Either it was a defect issue or too soft of a compound. I do not do burnouts on purpose because I want this baby to last me a long time.

Thanks for the explanation. I am surprised because I have not had any such problems with mine - I guess I got lucky and got four good ones. But I agree that these tires are nowhere near the quality of Michelin LTX M/S, which I had on my previous truck. Those will be my next tires on this truck. I got 70k miles out of one set and they still had tread left.
