Gmc Replacement Grilles

I need to replace the grille in my 2003 Sierra. the chrome has faded. I am looking for a good quality aftermarket replacement at a decent price.

 

The one on my new 2004 was aweful looking less then a year after a bought the truck. But the deer I hit with it fixed that problem. LOL

 

Also the bumper looks like it has a layer of rust on the back side. is there an easy way to fix that when spring comes?
