Need Torque Specs For 14-bolt Axles

I don't under stand why you had to pull the axles to balance the tires, but here are the bolt specs

Thanks guys.

 

 

When I had the tires trued, they balance them on the vehicle. They use a strobe light and a device that spins the tire up. Since I have a G80, it would either explode, or xxxxxxxx? So I suggested to pull the axles to be able to spin it up....
