Light Bar

Hopefully someone can help me out...I want a light bar for the front of my truck with four Hella 500s. One, I haven't looked closely enought to see how the tow hooks come off, and was wondering the process; Two, instead of buying one, i want to make my own, and was wondering measurements of the bar itself, the brackets that connect it to the frame etc. Or, if someone had instructions, that would help tremendously. Thanks in advance for everyone's help!

I want my bar to look like this:

The tow hooks attach with 2 bolts. One goes horizontally all the way through the frame and through the tow hook, and another shorter one goes up from the bottom and threads into the tow hook.

 

I know, that's probably the worst description ever, but I'll try to take some pictures later. Taking them out is really simple, the only difficult thing is getting it through the valance.

It didn't look too bad...I thought about making a bracket and then making it to where the brackets mount to the bar... I didn't know how to effectively make a bracket and be able to keep the tow hooks.

Does anyone have either instructions, or pics of their light bars where they are mounted to the frame?
