Aftermarket Nav And Onstar, Will It Work?

I'm looking in to putting a nav system in my 03 gmc sierra 1500. i do have onstar and would like to keep it so is there a aftermarket deck that will work with onstar? If that isn't an option what factory deck will work with my truck? I looked on eBay for factory nav units and all i get is confused, lux,nonlux some even said that i would need to put in a differant amp to make it work. can some one help me sort this out?

All you need is the GMOS-LAN interface that matches your vehicle and you should be able to use any unit you want.
