Thanks for all the help , my moisture source on the driver side floor of my 03 gasser is definetly a/c related, and I noticed water does drain from the tube on the pass side but not as much as it used to.

What is the best way to clean this out, I do not park where you would gather leaves and debris up on my window cowling and it all appears clear up top.

Thanks

Jim

Wet vac held tight around the drain hose will suck it clean.

A strong piece of wire or skinny pipe tube cleaner will work. is your airflow the same as it used to be? check your cabin air filter too. Less airflow= less condensation and coil freezing up.

Never tried that but it just might work!

I've always done the old clothes hanger method. Take a straightened out wire coat hanger and bend back the end about 1/2 inch. Take a strip of paper towel folded over a couple of times and insert it into the folded end. Crimp the end and cut the ends of the towel about an inch long on each side of it. This makes a great tool for cleaning the inside of the drain with little possibility of damaging anything.

Our building A/C drains are constantly clogging up with cottonwood seed and dust. It's an old facility. It will really pull the hose clean. I am only assuming it will work in this application also.

Where might that filter be ?

I bet you are right. I'm gonna save that and use it next time.

I've been taking info from this site for 3 weeks and I'm glad I could actually contribute something back.

Where might that filter be ?

passenger side in the black box under the glove box, Youll have to remove the big cover first then there is a smaller L shaped pull off cover that is over the filters.
