DanNEBTD Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 I had to wait to get a decent camera and the truck cleaned up but here she is. . . night pics will be added when I get a chance. She's an '00 Stepside Sierra 4.3L. Many mods which Ill eventually list but not now.
Wingnut Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Looking good I like those billet knobs on the HVAC controls.
DanNEBTD Posted February 2, 2008 Author Posted February 2, 2008 COOL! I'm a huge regular cab truck fan. hehe, so am I. I think it just looks more like a truck if its a std cab.
omegafiler Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Good lookin' truck man. How well do those lights work behind the grill?
DanNEBTD Posted February 3, 2008 Author Posted February 3, 2008 Good lookin' truck man. How well do those lights work behind the grill? they're PIAA 580 series so . . . Great! lol . . . Im trying to get some night pics tonight. . . I still have a few shades to go on the tails though . . i want them to match the third brake light. The Night shades looks sort of cracked though since I painted them too quickly after brining them inside and they expanded while drying. . . I may just sand it all off and start over. NIGHT PICS!!! Just the HIDs: with the PIAAs . . (terrible shot, Ill try to find a better location later . . )
DanNEBTD Posted February 5, 2008 Author Posted February 5, 2008 Oh I almost forgot, I was debating shaving the emblems off the back . . but I dont know how bad the paint would be faded after ~8 years. . . . do you guys think its worth it?
04z71steve Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 hey those lights look great! i love the sleep behind the grill look... i have some mounted behind there... nowhere near as large tho!
Zembonez Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 If the tailgate is original paint, it should come off just fine. Vertical surfaces don't fade much.
