33s On 16x10? Help...

So i just have a question for everyone and wanted to see if i could get some input on here. I have a 95 K1500 Z71 and i just recently got some 16X10 helo maxx 6s. My truck just doesnt look right so i was thinking about getting new tires and stuff then i thought i wanted to get some toyo mts and go to 33s and i have 265s right now. The back spacing on my rims is 4.5 inches and i think the offset is .25. Anyways i was wondering if i could get 33X12.50s or 33X11.50s on my rims with a 2-3inch lift from rough country without any triming or rubbing problems? May i mention there is a little rubbing now with my 265/75s when the wheels are turned either way or if i hit like a drive way or something they rub very little.
