I have a 04 2500hd 6.6 duramax LLY and tow a 04 Keystone Couger 30ft fifthwheel. I am trying to find a solution to the chucking while towing. Would airlift helper bags do the trick. If anybody can help me i would be greatful. tgude

Define "Chucking' for all us non-trailering fools.

The weight of the front of the fifthwheel bouncing up and down on your bed hitch. A very uncomfortable ride

I have never seen these air ride hitches, but I assume they should work. If it is like the air bags for your suspension, it will help with the jaring and smooth the ride out. I say go for it if you can afford it.

Try moving some of that extra weight (of your stuff in the camper)over the wheels of your camper when towing. Thatll help the problem.

you need a little more tongue weight on your 5th wheel. too much crap in the back :fume: try raising your king pin on your trailer about 1 -3" and that will also put more weight in the truck..

good luck

from what i've heard they work wonders!

good luck!

I just test drove a 02 2500 HD with 123,000 miles with air bags on the original suspension. It was the best the ride that I have had in any of the HDs I have test driven. It made a believer out of me.
