I dont know if this is the right place for me , but I have ot try. Their is not a lot of info out there for us owners of this style truck. I would like to know if if their is a any performance upgrades out there for a 2007 W series with a gas engine and automatic transmission. I am only gettinga about 7 miles to the gallon and that is not good enough. Any help would be appreciated.

i would not expect and more then what your getting now. the frontal area of that thing is like a big wall ,trying to push Thur air. best thing i would recommend is drive 55 and no fast starts keep tire psi correct and do regular oil changes....as for tunes. :)

good luck

having a big ass truck like that doesnt really go under the Mpg of regular vehicles if you know what i mean.

7 MPG for a semi truck is very good. I usually hear about 4-6 as an average!

Thanks for all the help so far guys. I am thinking about the wind deflector shield above the cab to help with aerodynamics. But I was also wondering does anyone know of a performance chip for the style of engine, like their is for lite duty pickups.
