per their website - " Brand New in the Box "

 

I ordered Warn # 75230 ( GMT900 - 1500 for both Sierra and Silverado )

which is the transformer base unit to mount a winch.

the package i recieved was missing both vertical members and i believe wrong package of hardware included - contacted them the following day - a few emails back and forth and a " brand new in

the box" was mailed the same evening ..

 

( probably a glitch at a wearhouse or with some newbie - for the box was obviously pre-opened / pre-owned prior to shipment )

 

I'd deal with Got-Chrome again - sh*t happens and they resolved it in a timely manner
