Coil Pack And Plug Wire

Today one of my plug wires fell off while i was on the highway,the ceramic piece on the end that plugs into the coil is yellow and wont stay on.Do i have a bad coil, plug, or a plug wire the only code that came up was a random misfire for the cyclinder that the wire came off of if you can help i would really appreciated it

Clean up the coil connector, install new plug wire... and plug if still misfiring...
