Grinding Noise

I have this weird grinding noise that comes from the passenger side it sounds like it right under the cab when i take off, hit a bump, or when i'm going up a hill. It only does it when i have someone riding with me. Does anyone know what it could be?

check body bushings directly under firewall. i had them replaced under warranty[service bulliten] no more problems!

Maybe they have gas?

 

Seriously though. I would take a look at the seat first.

haha yeah i hope not.

 

We've checked the seat several times. it almost feels like something rubs the driveshaft but i havent found and signs of rubbing anywhere.
