4 Wheel Problems Please Help At Wits End

I got a 2006 Z71 4dr. I bought the truck used in november and had a 4 whhel drive service come up on display then didnt do it for couple weeks. Then going to store one day it went into 4 wheel dr by its self and i hit 2 wheel drive butten went back into 2 wheel. When i cam out of store it was stuck in 4 lo and would not come out unlees i held auto trac butten when starting. i took it to dealer and said it was 4wheel dr acuator motor and replace it. it seemd to have fixed it then little over week service 4x4 came back on and took it back to dealer. They told me they didnt clear codes and cleared them. Now 3 weeks passed and went to move my truck at work an service 4 wheel drive came back on and stuck in 4 wheel lo again. SO PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!!

take it back again,they did not fix it,if it continues,call district service manager,if under warranty ,if not call dealer principle

My 2000 Suburban did showed that message and I was told by the tech that I was lucky that it didnt get stuck in 4wd hi or low. It was the switch panel in the dash. Less than a $100 fixed it. When I told them that it had that message, they knew immediately what it was and said that it was a common problem.

My '99 Silverado did the same thing. It would get stuck in 4WD and with a mind of it's own would come back out. A tech online said replace the dash switch. Picked one up a new on Ebay for $20, old out and new in in less than 5 minutes, good as new.

well went to dealer this morn to get it fixed. They said it had a code that said switch or shift control mogule they replaced switch and it didnt fix it then put mogule in and said it fixed it anouther 366.00 now when i got in truck to leave work it is in auto trac when i start it up and have to push 2 wd butten everytime. So now after $760.00 4wd acuator motor and 3 trrips to dealer and a shift control modgul and $366.00 its still not rite. i under stand i bought a used truck but with not even 50,000 miles and with over $1000.00 in parts its still not rite. Im starting to be a real pissed of camper if you know what i mean!!!!
