This intake should fit 99-07 classic chevy and gmc. Ive had it on both an 03 and my 07 classic. Its in very good condtion and comes with the optional scoop that goes behind the front bumper tow hook area. You can even keep your tow hook. The cover for the filter is clear lexan. I still have the stock black one somewhere. only thing i cant find is the instuctions. But i know i have them. Just have to look around better. i think the part number on this is #15853 4.8,5.3,and 6.0 L. Both trucks i had it on were 1/2 ton 5.3's. $150

im not 100% sure about the denali. You should contact volant and ask them that question cause im not 100% Sure.

 

The filter is a k&n style and is oiled.
