i have a po785 code and no 4 gear any help? 03 sss thanks

That code is for the 3-2 Shift solenoid. That does not mean it is the solenoid, it could be any of the wiring between the PCM and the Transmission. Also, there have been issues with the igintion switch. I would test for power on the IGN 0 fuse inthe left I/P fuse block with the ignition in the run position, engine off. HTH

It could also so be the relay for the ignition it is a power problem not a transmisission problem just take your time i had the same problem just changed the igintion switch and the relay all is good (scared the hell out of me)

That fuse is not powered by a relay. That fuse gets it power directly from the white wire at the ign switch.

let me add i just got this trans rebuilt saterday, and i now have this problem, didnt have this problem before rebiuld, thanks

at a shop i will talk to him monday just trying to find out whats going on, i mean what the hell

If this started as soon as you got it back, I would expect the problem could be related to the repair they just did.

i would agree i was just trying to get a heads up on this, and does this tell me how the rest of the trans was done. thank for the info
