How Many Unsolicited Compliments Does Your Nbs Generate?

NEVER owned a truck that gets so many unsolicited "Man... nice lookin truck..." I have had people cross two parking lot lanes to tell me this and take a look.

NEVER had a truck that got this much attention....

Even the LADIES got out of their way to compliment it... Now, unfortuneately, I am also POSITIVE this has NOTHING to do with by boyish good looks.... :rollin:

but hey, whatever works....

NBS styling = home run !

About once a week I get a casual "hey, nice truck" Most of it is derived from people asking what the "Vmax" is. I did get free food at a drive through once because the kid at the window liked my truck.

I've had quite a few guys compliment my truck, either in person or with a thumbs up. You can tell it gets a lot of looks in traffic too. Never had a woman compliment the truck though. Long have I waited for an attractive blonde to come up to me and remark, "Hi, I couldn't help but notice your truck. Does that have the L92 in it?"

Well, I can't say I've had that happen, but I'm optomistic.... :rollin:

I've only had one woman compliment my truck. She walked across a parking lot to let me know. But it wasn't this truck, it was my D()dge.

I'm married to an attractive blonde and she absolutly hates my truck. "White is so ugly!" ...."You spend too much money on that f*ckin' truck!" In one ear and out the other! Cheers!

I've had a few compliments here and there.

I've always been, probably like most of you, a car and truck guy, so it's really nice to know when the hard work we all put in is recognized. Unfortunately, what I have also noticed is that while some people do get it, most people don't.

You know, I am often driving down the road, and random people just look at me and give me a thumbs up. I use to get a lot of props on my Jeep Wrangler, but I did not expect to get them on my Silverado. People love my truck. I'm happy. -Al

I've gotten some compliments but never any thumbs up, free food, or visitors from several yards away. I do however often find myself making eye contact with people on the road looking at my truck and whenever we look at each other they turn away. Then usually a couple of seconds later they are looking again. It's nice to know people envy you sometimes!

All the guy's I work with really like my truck,(except the Ford fanatic) and I do get comments from strangers once in a while. :rollin:

This is probably the only truck I've ever owned that I feel proud (and a little superior) to be driving.

Thanks for the comments on the Ram. But it definately does not compare to the refinement of the GMC.

I wonder if those of us living in the racing capitol of the world have a higher population of people who "get it" and understand the love affair we have with our vehicles?
