Nav Install With Backup Cam Possible?

Anyone know if it is possible to install the Navigation unit and Back-up camera. I was wondering because I got the tints and spray in liner. Now I wanted another project. I didn't want to spend the 2500 at the dealership to get it but found others on ebay and other places. If I could get the unit cheap enough is it possible to buy the camera?

 

If so does anyone have one? I didn't know what type of project I ould be getting myself into. Has anyone installed just the navigation on their truck because I wasn't sure how easy it really was. I have to take out my unit, install the nav and go to the dealership to have it unlocked. If I am understanding this right. The unit shoul be plug and play, correct?

Yes it can be done very easy i will have to find som info for ya. what kind of head unit do you want to use? factory or what

factory nav unit from GM. There is a unit on ebay for 500.0 so I was going to try and get that but wasn't sure how much the camera and all th wiring would cost. The guy selling the unit said there is no antenna with the unit. I wasn't sure if I even needed it.

Hello, I am also wanting to install a factory Nav unit into my 2006 Yukon SLT along with a backup camera, I was hoping someone will be able to tell me what head units I could use? Is it possible to use a newer one from an 07 or 08 or should I stick with one from an 06. If someone can help me with the installation it would greatly be appreciated. I have already installed a dvd player and headrest t.v's in both my Envoy Denali and yukon so now this is next. My envoy already has the Nav installed but it needs a cd changer now too so if there is any advise there too that would be great.
