Truck Not Starting All Ofa Sudden

ok i did a tune up few days ago truck ran great. now yesterday i go ut for a few things truck runs fine. i came home parked went to go out agian truck cranks but wont start.

 

i dont hear fuel pump engaugeing i checked and changed relay did my fuel pump die is a 1988 4.3 v6 2 wheel drive short bed if pump did go whats easyesy way to change it

There's no easy way to change it. It's inside the gas tank. You have to remove the gas tank to replace the pump. So before you go through all that make sure it's really the pump. Check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail Schrader valve with Key On Engine Off. With you listening down by the gas tank, have someone else switch the ignition on (but no cranking) and listen very closely for the fuel pump whine for a few seconds.

 

Since you did a tuneup recently, I'd suspect something with that first. Maybe a connector that didn't get put back all the way and worked it's way off? Go over everything you did to it. Make sure you are getting spark at all the plugs.
