Engine Swap

OK, heres my question...Ive got a 2005 Silverado with a 4.8 and a 5-speed. Ive read alot about guys swapping out the engine for a 6.0 with and Auto Tranny....will this work with a 5-spd? Will reflashing the computer cause problems or will it work? Has anyone had experience with this?

throw it in a get the motor tuned. you should be good to go

It will go right in, get it flashed for a 1 ton with a manual and a 6.0

Did you do your engine swap yet? How did it turn out?
