Interior Trim

Hi, I'm probably in the wrong section but I'm very new to the site. I'm trying to find a rattle behind the trim in my 1999 Chevy 3500 extended. I was wondering if there is anywhere to find detailed removal procedure. I really hate yanking on things just to see what happens. It's behind the passenger sit, around the rear sit belt and rear speaker, very loud. annoying banging rattle.
