Good Customer Service

Well, I spent some money on my truck this past month. I wanted to list a couple of places that it was good doing business with.

 

 

I got tires from Discount Tire Direct and they arrived in three days! I ordered by phone and the service was great.

 

I found out my Corsa muffler had a broken baffle and Corsa sent me a new one no questions asked, and they'll pay the freight for me to return the old one.

 

I like it when I do business with a company and they treat me right. These two were great.

 

And WOZ Mechanical of Hosmer, BC did a fine job installing the lift (for those of you in the area).

 

 

What are your recommendations?

Good customer service is alway's a good thing. I can't stand going into a place and you get someone that doesn't have a clue what you're talking about. My local Napa, and Carquest dealers are tops on my list.

Autozone and napa too, napa i have better quality parts, but autozone does have good return policys and pretty fast part ordering.
