AC Delco plugs are good. The race type guys love Red line oil. It is a little pricy. If you stay with major brands you can't get a bad oil today. If you want synthetic Mobil 1, Pennzoil Platinum, German Castrol are all good. German castrol is 0W30 and can only be purchased at Auto Zone. It is a true synthetic and is the real deal. It is Castrol Syntec and will say European formula on the front of the bottle. On the back it will say made in Germany.

Good Luck,

Don

Stick with oem stuff for plugs. I use ac-delco filters, and valvoline 5w30 oil. I believe people have had some idle isues when trying to use the more exotic plugs.
