Delphi Tnr 800 Cd Audio Problems

I added a Delphi TNR 800 about 1.5 years ago. At the same time I added the remote CD changer. This is in an 06 Sierra. All has been working fine up until today. While listening to a CD from any slot in the changer the audio will randomly turn to the left speakers only with no sub. It will randomly start working again intermittently. Turning off the TNR or the vehicle and turning back on does not always rectify the problem. Changing the EQ settings or adjusting the balance has no effect either. I do not experience the problem with FM or XM. I'm assuming that the TNR is functioning properly and it is either an issue with the wiring to the changer or the changer itself. Anyone experience this issue before? I'm going to take it apart and check the wiring next weekend but I'm wondering about ordering a new changer as the one I had installed was used and not new. Any thoughts would be great.
