2009 Silverado ,3.73 Or 4.10 Gears?

4.10's will get you out of the hole faster, but you will notice a decrease in gas mileage.

 

Um, guys, 4.10's are not even available in the 2009's. :D

I'm not sure, but I know the new 6 speeds only come with 3.42's. I guess if you don't get that, then you have the option of gears!

IIRC, according to the 2009 Ordering guides that were posted a few weeks back, 4.10's were no longer available in any config, even the NHT Max trailering pkg.

Well, I'll be.... Either my memory sucks or the initial data was wrong? My memory does suck, but I don't think I can blame that this time, I recall this was being discussed at great length a few weeks ago.

I believe Jeff is right though. I remember saying to myself, "self, I can't believe they don't offer 4.10's anymore".
