Belated Intro

...It's occured to me that, upon joining early this year, I never payed the members the courtesy of an introduction...whoops! Anyway, my name is Peter. I'm a 27 y/o electrical engineer from Pittsburgh, PA. Hobbies: electronics, camping, backpacking, hunting, fishing, offroading, traveling places, landscaping, Scotch, and scantly-clad women.

I bought my black 2005 Z71 Silvy to replace my 1991 red/gold C1500 (which is still running like a champ). I use my truck for general driving (especially the fun winters we get), hunting, and for towing my ski boat during the summer. I am by no means a mechanic, but I know my way around under the hood. I'm better with audio and electrical systems. Most of my continuing truck education is done by reading the posts & articles on this site. I believe we have a good helpful group of guys here, and I've felt more welcome in this forum than in a few others because of that.
