Sorry, as a fan of true Classic American Muscle...that disgusts me!!! Why didn't they show it actually moving?

Unimpressed!!! :D

They ruined a beautiful Classic Camaro by powering it with rice. That's just wrong!!!

Maybe in a Supra, but not in a 1st gen Camaro.

Its kind of like Fast and the Furious 3: We Tryin to Make more money. They used a 60's Mustang and put a ricer engine in it. I hate Mustangs but I was mad at them for even thinking that was ok.

I was pissed when they crashed that '68 charger in the first movie.

I wouldn't even watch it. Putting Japanese shit in a Camaro. Shoot them bastards.

 And I thought I was being a bit "harsh". :D

You guys got nothing to worry about. I think that there is a very good reason why there was no video feed of it moving or on a dyno. I would put money down that there is no way that thing put out 950-1000hp with a single turbo and no nitrous. I dont think that if there was nitrous that they would have left that out and I didnt notice any nitro lines anywhere in the engine compartment....

Even on the comments they said that you have to prove yourself on the site. and there was a level of disbelief in it all...

It is a disgrace that the even thought of putting that motor in that once classic car. I have found it a lot more common of people taking LS1 engines and putting them in import cars... The only other time that I have heard of rice motor in a muscle car was Tokyo drift and that was in a stang.... And it was a movie so there is no telling what motor was actually in the car....

Anyways.... Yeah they are retarded for doing that

Hey credit where it's due, nice build with the gauges, lights and all. Pretty original and everyone's allowed to do what they want with their own car so good for him.

That said, definitely not my cup of tea and I'm also going to have my doubts about the "950-1000 hp" claim if he's single turbo and no spray. Don't make a claim like that and put the video up if you don't have the proof.

I don't like it, but to each his own.

I don't care for it either.

Don't kid yourself though. There are a lot of turbo inline six Supras making 1000 HP plus without spray. I see em running at my local track.

Even so... I think it's idiotic to rice power a classic Camaro.

X2

I've got a friend that has had two Supras, each well over 700 horsepower, and he kept those builds "mild", he's never used Nitrous either. He's in the process of putting that same motor in a Lexus right now.

Point is...Those things can put out some monster power with the right parts and some loose pockets.

That said...Putting that in a Camaro?
