Hey guys,

I am wondering if anybody has tackled this feat yet. I am looking to paint the chevy emblem on the steering wheel to match my front bowtie. I have a black silverado and my bowtie is black with the outline in chevy red. I am considering airbrushing it but I dont know if you can remove it. Any thoughts?????

Sure, you can probably airbrush it with, say, an acrylic paint. Mask everything off, and paint the whole bowtie red. Let it dry. Then mask off the outer edge of the bowtie, and paint the inside black. If it doesn't work out....acetone should remove it. Maybe fingernail polish remover or Goo Gone.

Good luck!
