When all of you put tires and rims on do you put tpms sensors back in, or run with the light on. I want to put some on one day, but will switch back on forth between stock and aftermarket rims, due to the unbeliveable amount of salt in the adirondack.

You can get additional sensors for your new wheels if you want to

You can get a set off of Ebay pretty reasonably. I used the sensore in my new wheels... I like the readout of pressure on the DIC for each tire. I found out I had a nail in a tire just by having the dash readout show one tire down 3 pounds one afternoon. Saved me from a waking up to a flat tire next morning. Pretty cool.

When i bought new wheels and tires for my truck, the guys at Discount Tire just pulled the tpms sensors off my factory wheels and put them on my new ones. They had a handheld tool that they used to reset the sensors.
