Hey, I used to have family in Hooper, Utah. Been there many times. Lots of farm land being turned into subdivisions...

 

I have to chuckle when city slickers move next to a farm that's been there for a hundred years then have the gall to complain about the smell.

The people who moved their should look and see if Utah has a "Code of the West" document. I know Montana, Colorado and Wyoming have one. I'd be surprised if Utah doesn't.

Nothing but respect for the farmers. I'll admit that it does get a little irritating when you get stuck behind a tractor going down the road, but hey, what's the hurry. I admire is innovative skills of fence building.
