From what I have found from hours of searching the stock GM 8.5" width rim has an offset of 30mm With that the given baseline the same width wheel with a 16.5mm offset would come out .53" further than stock. Between having the wheels stolen, dealing with insurance company, and figuring out what wheels I want, I need someone to double check the calculations to make sure I'm on the right track.
