Just saying hi! I've been trolling the site for about the last year while contemplating upgrading my current truck (A 2004 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner v6 4dr) to something a little bigger. I've gone back and forth between the new Tundra and the Silverado 1500. After hearing about all of the problems with the Tundra, and the current deals that Chevy had on the 08's, I just couldn't pass up the Silverado.

 

Yesterday I picked up the truck, it's a Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 LTZ with the 5.3L. I've only had it for a day, but love how well the truck rides, and how comfortable it is.

 

Not sure what I plan on doing to the truck just yet, but I'll definitely be getting a bedliner for it really soon!

 

Sorry for the image quality, it came off of my cell-phone camera while I was still at the dealers! I'll try to get some more soon!

Nice truck! That cell-phone camera has great quality, I would've guessed it was from a hand-held camera.

 

More pics when you get a chance.
