Guys I have a problem. My 07 makes a rattling noise everytime the transmission shifts down when you are slowing to a stop. You can count the downshifts and when it shifts back to 1st the truck will noise over. I have tried to role the window down and listen but the noise seems to be more inside the truck. It is embarissing to have a new truck that rattles loudly every time you slow down. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

Are you certain it isn't the exhaust rattling? Sounds like a converter or muffler rattle to me. I'd have the dealer look at it next time you are in. Probably an easy fixer.

Will your truck make the same noises if you make various RPM changes while in park?

Back in the day I had a Cat heat shield do stuff like this. Sounded like a bunch of ball bearings in the exhaust pipe.
