Any Way To Disable The Locking Horn Chirp?

I want to disable the horn chirps that happen when you hit lock on the remote more than once on my 2002 Yukon. The remote start I had installed uses the factory fob, and I have to hit the lock 3 times to start the truck. The problem is that the horn chirp wakes my wife up when I leave at 6. I'd go back to the installer, but they are out of business. Any ideas? I thought about changing out the wife, but fixing the horn chirp is the better choice.

my mom had it removed on her 05 Suburban. she just went to the dealer and said she didnt want the horn to beep when the truck was locked. after that you could hit lock as many times as you wanted and it wouldnt honk.
