1991 Chevy 4.3l Mg5 Clutch Recommendations

My clutch is holding fine but has major vibrations. (i think pilot bearing is gone) i will be tearing into it soon. I was going to install a Hayes super truck clutch kit, but after reading into the TSBs on this site, i was wondering if it would be best to install all the parts in this TSB.(it covers gear noise in neutral, which i have)

I guess the main GM tech question is: a if i do follow that TSB, will i screw something up by NOT reprogramming the computer to increase idle speed? Also, would any GM techs here deem it necessary to follow this TSB when working over the messed up clutch, or should i just go aftermarket?

Also, is the flywheel on these single or dual mass?
