So Uuum yeah I pulled my voyager out of my pocket and attempted to start doing something on the touch screen and this is what I found...

I dont know what happened to it other than the simple fact that the screen is cracked on the inside.. I am pisses cause this is the 3rd phone that I broke this year... The phone before this one I had for 2 years straight and never broke it..

I think that I am going to wait it out for a couple of months that way I can space it out on the insurance claims.. I would like to get the Dare of the G-shock2 something that will last longer...

That's the exact reason I didn't get a phone with a touch screen. I drop my phone daily, it wouldn't last too long.

At first, I thought this was going to be a thread about a Plymouth Voyager. :jester:

Yeah it should have been!!! Captain Jane is so HOT!!!

But yea I thought that I could make it work but I think that I want to get the G-shock2 but I hate buying a phone thats not an LG... IMO buying something other than LG is like buying a Ford...

I could care less about my nextel phone I still have the old i-530 haha

Oh that sucks. That happened while in your pocket? My wife and I each have that phone, for almost a year now. No problems yet. At least you can still flip it open and use it in the mean time.

(and I also was expecting a Plymouth thread :jester: )

That's what I thought, too. I had to check, though, because I didn't think even he would admit to owning one of those!

Well I am a Landscaper so I am all the time out doors... Its been an awesome phone I am sure that I leaned against something and it cracked my screen.. I am looking for a clip to keep it in this time.

I remember doing the same thing to a Motorola. The phone still worked, but you couldn't see anything on the screen. I have a Nokia now. I dropped it off a roof of a 2 story house onto a concrete driveway once. The back fell off, and the battery popped out, but the damn thing still works fine. :jester:

I have an old LG "clam-shell" style phone. That thing took a BEATING, over the years. Never skipped a beat, though, when I needed to use it.

Unfortunately, I just don't expect the same durability from the new PDA-style phones with the nice, big screens.

yeah I know what you mean and I am pissed because I knew that I was going yo destoy this phone but for some reason I bought it anyway. This is the best phone I have owned but lets just say I learned the hard way. I really like the G-shock phones and i want to buy the new version and give this phone to the wife once I get it replaced. One of my friends has the g-shock phone and one time he wanted to see how goof it was and his gf called him when he was in the shower and took the call and talked on the darn thing as it was getting wet. since then he has taken it was under water several times.

My main phone is an AT&T (Cingular) 8525. It's the predecessor to the AT&T Tilt. I like it, but I watch out for it a lot more than I did that old LG or any of the Nokias I had. I still charge up the LG before trips and I keep it in my camera bag, for emergencies, "just in case" something happens to the 8525.

I've bene looking at the HTC Touch Pro (which I think will be caused the AT&T Fuze, when it comes out for AT&T). At first, I was kind of enthused about it. But, the more I look at it, the less I like the overall "look" of it. Although, the "look" of the 8525 ain't that great, either... and is actually much worse than the Fuze.. I just wish the Fuze looked a little "sleek"-er.. Maybe it'll look better in person, after it finally comes out... whenever that is.

Plymouth Voyager? I thought you were referring to Starship Voyager! The lady capt wasn't as hot as Jeri Ryan whose role was 7 of 9!!!

Don't be dissing the Plymouth Voyager!

I kicked a TON of fellow High School Student's butts back from 93-95 in my Mom's 88 Voyager 3.0 (Mitsubishi Engine) The only ones I could not beat were the Camaros and Rustangs! (no that was not my Van below, just a picture I got off of the web)
