Duramax Banks Exhaust

Hey guys, I just bought a new CC GMC Duramax and would like from anyone who has the Banks single or dual exhaust setup. More specifically any problems and how much louder it is over the stock setup. Thanks

I do not have one, but Banks does a great job on their exhaust. Not sure how the mfgs handle the regeneration mode.

I have heard a few stories about how the new exhaust doesn't let the DPF keep cool like it is supposed too. Rich (MS3DALE) has had one at his dealership happen with an MBRP single exhaust.

Other than that I can't tell you much about the exhaust other than I know that Banks has pretty good quality. I also am looking at the duals for my LB7 if I could ever afford to get anything.

Other than that I can't tell you much about the exhaust other than I know that Banks has pretty good quality. I also am looking at the duals for my LB7 if I could ever afford to get anything.

I was looking at duals for my truck but I read that single exhaust systems run a lot cooler... I think that I read that in a Diesel performance mag!
