Leaking Driveshaft And Noise?

So recently we began to find puddles underneath our truck its a 2002 Chevy suburban 1500 5.3L Has the Auto-trac t-case We have traced it to one of the seals leaking but after finding these puddles we used the 4 wheel drive today and its sounds like complete shit!!!

 

 

It whines grinds etc... So would the fluid we are losing be T-case fluid

 

By the way the T-case has always been quiet until we went to use it today when we noticed all the fluid.

Sounds like a transfer case seal is leaking. I wouldnt suggest using the 4X4, and driving as little as possible until its fixed.
