Day Time Running Lights

I have a 2000 silverado 1500. I need to replace the running lights but can't figure out how. What are the steps to replace them

You're just talking about the bulbs? If so, take out the headlight, which comes out with the two metal bars on top of the light. Twist to unlock the bars, then lift them upwards, and the light comes right out, then unplug the headlight and hi-beam bulbs. Then reach down and pull out the socket for the DRL bulb. It's really pretty straightforward once you get the headlight assembly out of the way.
