Setting Time On An 89 Sub Radio

Ok, I just got my 89 Sub running. A few things wrong. One is the time on the radio. How do I set the time on an 89 Suburban radio's time.? It is the factory am/fm cassette with equalizer.

If you look on the face of the radio there should be two buttons, one labeled HR, one labeled MN. Press and hold down the HR button until the time flashes, the just press the two buttons until the time matches true. Good luck.

you turn the radio off with the yellow button...

 

then you hit Set... and then you can change the time
