so I was looking at the box that my rims came in and I had some questions. On the box it says size 17X8.5 PCD 6X139.7 OFFSET -6mm I know what the offset is but I was planning on installing a rought country 6 inch kit and it says • Wheel Backspacing: 4.5" so will I need new rims when I get the lift or are the current ones okay?

I believe you should be okay with those wheels. IIRC, they'll stick out about 2 inches further than the stock wheels.

Your backspace on those is about 4.5, so you should be ok. You may wanna double check them by laying it face down, lay a straight edge across the lip of the wheel and measure from the mounting flange to the bottom of your straight edge.

Based on the measurments you give I think they will fit with your lift.
