Ball Joint Angle

I am wondering if anyone can answer this question for me... What is the maximum recomended angle for the stock ball joint (upper) on a 2008 Silverado Z71 4x4? I have added a leveling kit (2.5") to the truck and after looking at the angle from the upper control and ball joint, it looks like a lot. In addtion, the upper control arm sits about .5" off the stop..

There's no set in stone number that is the threshold for 'okay-ness' as far as I know. If you post a picture of your angles, it'll be easier to help you out.
