Daughter's A Smart Kid, Temp Fix On Wipers

Well, I broke 'em and my daughter came up with a neet fix-er-up until I can get them repaired properly. Driver's side wiper okay, but the passenger side wiper just sits there. I got to jamming around the ice on the bottom of the windshield and disconnected the passenger wiper arm somehow. Anyway, my daughter says: "why don't you hook them together with wire or something?". Hmm, well I did just that. Peice of coat hanger, with plastic coating, cut to twenty five inches and connected to the middle of each wiper blade. Darned if it doesn't do the job.
